Our role

AllVideoSave is a tool for resolving public Instagram links submitted by users. We do not upload, index, publish, or permanently host copies of the underlying videos. Use of the tool does not give anyone permission to copy, repost, sell, or otherwise use a work they do not own or have permission to use.

Responsible use

Only submit public links to content you own or are authorized to download. Do not use this service to access private accounts, password-protected content, DRM-protected media, or any material unavailable to you through normal public access.

Copyright notices

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe the service is being misused in a way that affects your rights, send a notice to allvideosavehelp@gmail.com. Include enough information for us to understand and review the request:

• Your name and a way to contact you.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or a link to where it is published.
• The relevant public Instagram URL and a description of the concern.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized, and that the information is accurate.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

What we can review

Because media is served by Instagram rather than hosted by AllVideoSave, removal of the original Instagram post must be requested from Instagram. We can review reports about our own service, block abusive use where appropriate, and respond to legitimate notices. We may ask for additional information to verify a claim.

Counter-notices

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, contact us with the affected public URL, an explanation, and your contact details. We will review the information in good faith; this page is not legal advice.
